Yes — short-term rentals in Cyprus require registration with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism. Don't worry: we guide you through the entire process during onboarding and make sure your property is fully compliant before the first guest arrives.

Can I still use my property myself?

Absolutely — it's your home. Just block the dates you want in the calendar, and we'll keep it guest-free for you. Many of our owners spend their holidays in their own property and let it earn the rest of the year.

Can I cancel if I'm not happy?

Yes. We don't believe in locking owners in — you can end the agreement with reasonable notice at any time. We'd rather keep you through results than through contracts.
